Office Practicum Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is an online tool that lets you log-in with your own, secure, Username and Password, and access helpful services and support information. Through the Portal, you can
  • browse through frequently-asked-questions
  • search for answers to your support questions
  • check on the status of existing support issues (or "cases")
  • submit issues directly to support representatives.
When you submit an issue or question via the Portal, it is given a Case number. You can use that Case number to reference your issue if you call or email. Like all cases, it is assigned to the next available support representative. You can then use the Portal to easily keep track of your case's progress.
