The training process for Office Practicum is tailored to each practice and each individual learning the system.
Your trainer will take the time to assess the knowledge and capabilities of each individual in your practice, so the approach of training sessions can be adapted accordingly and are productive for everyone involved. And all our trainers work only with pediatric practices so that you can benefit from the best practices of other customers.
Your trainer will work with you to develop a training schedule and a curriculum that fits the needs of your practice. While the training process is organized, it is not regimented. The entire Office Practicum training process is individually tailored and designed to best suit the unique needs of each individual.
The training process is intended to be interactive, allowing individuals to freely ask questions and discuss any issues or concerns one-on-one with the trainer. Flexible Scheduling and Training Options
To accommodate your practice's busy schedule, training can be performed onsite or remotely over the Internet. In the event of an emergency or simply a busy day, the remote option allows you to postpone, cancel, and/or reschedule training times without any cost incurred for trainer’s travel expenses.
