Mary Ellen has a PhD in Leadership, a Master’s degree in Instructional Design / Organizational Design, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her professional licences include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Compensations Management Specialist (CMS). Mary Ellen has 30 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Business Leadership. She is regarded as an expert in the following areas: talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, talent retention, change management, and company culture enhancement. The development of others has been the driving theme and focus throughout her career. Mary Ellen and her husband David reside in East Norriton, PA and in her spare time she enjoys teaching as an adjunct professor at Eastern University.
