Dr. Susan Kressly, MD, FAAP has been in pediatric private practice since 1989 and she continues to run her own NCQA-Level 3 Medical Home: Kressly Pediatrics, a recipient of the 2017 HIMSS Ambulatory Davies Award. Dr. Kressly is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Clinical Informatics, as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, where she has several leadership roles related to Health IT and Practice Management. She also serves as Medical Director at Office Practicum where she is responsible for new product development.
Alisa Vaughn, CMPE – Alisa joined Office Practicum in 2018 as Director of Implementation. She has dedicated her entire professional life to supporting physicians and healthcare professionals in privately-owned organizations. Alisa is a Past Vice President and Business Partner Chair of Georgia MGMA and Past President and Educational Committee Chair of her local MGMA chapter, North Fulton MGMA, where she continues to engage as a healthcare industry leader. She focuses her passion for improving healthcare in operational areas, including; staff training and development, communication, strategic planning, and clinical quality process improvement.
