Introducing the New OP RCM Life Email Address

The OP RCM team is committed to improving our response times and providing additional reporting abilities. That’s why we are pleased to announce the creation of an email address that will direct your questions and concerns to the most appropriate person to address them.

What do I need to do?
Begin sending emails to for urgent issues or non-claim-specific questions. RCM Life will replace the direct email address of your Process Improvement Specialist.

How will this benefit me?
Emails sent to automatically create cases or tickets and assign them to the Process Improvement Associate responsible for your account. In the event your PIA is out of the office, the PIA covering for them will be able work the case and provide you with a faster response time.

What reports are available?
Upon request, we can provide you with a list of the questions your office has sent to this email address. We can also report on the response times for these questions.
