Can I build my own care plans?

Yes. Practices can customize existing Office Practicum care plans or create their own based on their clinical protocols, patient populations, and care needs. This gives practices the flexibility to standardize how care is delivered across patients and providers.

Can patients be enrolled automatically?

Yes. Office Practicum can automatically enroll patients in care plans when they meet criteria defined by the practice, helping ensure the right patients are identified without relying on staff to find and enroll them one by one.

Can I control who sees sensitive care plans?

Yes. Office Practicum uses role-based access to limit who can view sensitive information within a care plan. Practices can protect confidential patient information without having to separate it from the rest of the patient’s ongoing care.

Can I share plans with other practices?

Yes. Clinical users can share care plans they create with other pediatricians in the Office Practicum community, giving practices access to ideas and approaches developed by other pediatric providers.

How do I find patients who have fallen behind on a plan?
