Pay for what your practice needs. Not what it doesn’t.
Every pediatric practice is different. Office Practicum gives you the pediatric EHR, practice management, and billing tools you need at the core, with the flexibility to add solutions and services that fit your practice. You get what you need without paying for products and services you won’t use.
What goes into your pricing?
The size and structure of your practice matter. The number of providers, locations, and other details help us understand what you need and how you’ll use OP. And because not every provider works the same schedule, we offer part-time licenses, while non-clinical staff don’t require licenses at all.
Every practice starts with our pediatric EHR, practice management, and in-house billing platform. From there, you can add Opie AI, pediatric RCM services, credentialing, patient engagement and growth solutions, and other services based on what your practice needs.
From data migration to training and go-live, we tailor implementation to your practice. Onsite go-lives are available, and every customer gets access to a full library of training and support resources included with OP.
Get more value from every dollar you invest.
Every practice starts with the pediatric EHR, practice management, and billing platform we’ve developed through decades of working with pediatric practices. You’re not starting with a stripped-down system and then paying more to add the functionality pediatric practices rely on every day, or paying for features that don’t make sense for pediatrics simply because they’re part of a one-size-fits-all package.
A lower price isn’t a better deal if it comes at the expense of what your practice needs. With OP, your investment is focused on the solutions and services that can make a meaningful difference for your practice, whether that’s reducing billing work, saving providers time, improving collections, attracting new patients, or making it easier for staff to get through the day. We want you to maximize your return on every dollar spent.
What your practice needs today may be different a few years from now. As you add providers or locations, grow your patient population, take on more complex billing needs, or look for new ways to save staff time and keep families engaged, your OP package can change with you. We're here to help you meet your business goals by providing the right mix of services and solutions that you need now. You’re not locked into paying for yesterday’s needs or tomorrow’s plans.
We want you to know what you’re paying for first.
Choosing an EHR based on price alone is difficult when you haven’t seen what that price actually gets you. That’s why we start with a demo. You’ll see OP in action, talk with us about your practice and what you need, and understand which solutions make sense for you.
1. See OP in action
See the workflows and functionality your practice would actually be using.
2. Tell us about your practice
We’ll talk through your providers, locations, priorities, challenges, and the solutions and services that could make the biggest difference.
3. Get pricing for your practice
Once you know what OP can do and we know what you need, we’ll provide pricing for the package we’ve discussed.
So when you see the price, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting for it.
What pediatric practices ask us about pricing.
There isn’t one set price for Office Practicum. Your pricing reflects your practice, including the providers who need licenses and the OP solutions and services that make sense for you. After your demo, we’ll put together pricing based on what you need, without building in products or services you don’t.
No. Office Practicum licenses are required for clinical providers, not non-clinical staff. Full, part-time, and locum tenens provider licenses are available, so your pricing can better reflect how your providers actually work.
Yes. Every Office Practicum customer receives implementation and training, with the scope tailored to the needs of the practice. Your pediatric sales specialist will work with you to determine the right implementation and training plan and review the associated pricing with you.
Some implementation needs will vary by practice. For example, most practices will need data migration when moving to OP, while a new practice may not have existing patient data to transfer. Your plan will reflect the services your practice actually needs to get up and running successfully.
Once you’re live, you’ll also have access to OP’s full library of training and support resources for ongoing learning and help.
Yes. You don’t have to anticipate everything your practice might need in the future. As your practice grows, adds providers or locations, or takes on new priorities, you can add OP solutions and services when they make sense for your practice. This gives you the flexibility to invest in what you need today while knowing OP can support you as those needs change.
Yes. Office Practicum works with pediatric practices of all sizes, including solo pediatricians and startups. Pricing reflects the size and structure of your practice, including the number of providers and whether they work full or part time. That means a smaller practice isn’t priced as though it has the same needs or resources as a large, multi-location group.
We want you to understand what you’re paying for before you see the price. During your demo, you’ll see OP in action and talk with a pediatric sales specialist about your practice, your priorities, and what you’re trying to accomplish. That conversation gives us the information we need to put together pricing for your practice. So when you see the price, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting for it.
